If you are a student, parent, educator, or love some who is, join us for our online Hope for Mental Health Community for practical support as you navigate the uncertainties of this school year.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, many parents, educators, and students tell us they feel unequipped and unprepared to manage this stressful situation that has so many unknowns. The pressure definitely affects the mental health of everyone involved.

That’s why we’re so pleased for Dr. Casey Call, Assistant Director of Education at the Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University to join us. Dr. Call is a developmental psychologist who has practical information and tools that can help parents and students manage their stress levels and anxiety. She shares about the impact of ongoing change and uncertainty on children’s patterns, moods, physical health, and behaviors.
